HCV Advocate
Search by city and state for a medical professional who can help advise you about hepatitis C and its treatment. HCV Advocate is produced by the Hepatitis C Support Project (HCSP)a nonprofit organization founded to address issues of education, hepatitis C support, and other hepatitis C services. HCSP aims to provide unbiased information, support, and advocacy to all communities affected by HCV and HIV/HCV coinfection.
American Association for the Study of Liver Disease (AASLD)
A professional organization that represents more than 3000 liver health specialists, the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease provides many patient resources, including a Physician Referral Service. Patients can search by location or by name of doctor and find the contact information they need.
American Medical Association (AMA)
The AMA is the nation's largest physician group. Its Web site offers a Doctor Finder tool: a searchable database of virtually every licensed physician in the United States.
